Sync your keychain once.
When it arrives, pair it in the app settings. This is a one-time setup that links the keychain to your account.
Start with a tap.
Open Tap-In, press Start Workout, and scan the keychain. Your session locks in and your chosen apps disappear. No keychain synced? The app starts the session on its own.
Train uninterrupted.
Music, tracking, and calls stay live. The apps that pull you out of the zone are gone until you end the session.
End with a tap.
Press End Workout and scan the keychain again. Apps return and your session saves with duration, focus score, and streak.

Do I need the keychain to use Tap-In?
No. The app is free and works on its own. The keychain is an optional upgrade that adds a physical tap to start and end sessions, so you cannot quit early.
Does it block the workout apps and music I need?
No. You choose exactly what gets blocked. Your music, fitness trackers, and workout apps stay fully available. Only the apps you select disappear during a session.
Does the keychain need charging or batteries?
No. The keychain uses NFC and never needs charging or batteries. It works the moment you tap it.
What if I need to check my phone mid-workout?
Essential apps and calls stay accessible. Only the distracting apps you chose are blocked, and you end the session with a tap whenever you are done.
